Garlic Mozzarella Cheese Balls Ingredients: Makes 16
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
125ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
1 large egg, beaten.
Some chopped spring onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic granules
3 tbsp soft unsalted butter
Filling:
2 fresh mozzarella lactose-free, cubes.
Salt, pepper, parsley, to taste.
Topping:
Melted butter + egg, mix well.
Parmesan cheese + panko
